THE SEARCH for word clues had youngsters delving into Bicester Library at a craft session staged in the town.
Volunteers at the library in Pioneer Square hosted the craft day for children to coincide with the launch of the summer reading scheme on Saturday.
The day was inspired by a series of books published by Sunlight productions which are raising money to fund teaching out in Papua New Guinea where they have little access to books.
Youngsters took to the craft table to create eye masks and hearts whilst solving the reading puzzle which revealed 'we all have a loving heart inside of us'.
The decorated hearts and message has now bee put on display in the WHSmith window in Crown Walk until August 2.
