MEMBERS of the public are invited to a meeting to discuss the building of 4,400 homes earmarked near Kidlington.
Oxfordshire County Councillor for the area Maurice Billington is wanted residents to give their views on the proposals at a meeting in Edward Feild Primary School in Bicester Road from 7pm tomorrow.
