HEADINGTON School pupils will stage a live performance of ‘Alice in Wonderland’.

The show will be an immersive promenade performance set in different locations around the schools grounds.

The audience is invited to picnic at Davenport gardens before the performance begins and then following the White Rabbit down the rabbit hole to Wonderland.

Once there they will meet some of the original novel’s most memorable characters.

A school spokesperson said: “This performance embraces the magic of Lewis Carroll’s classic tale and promises to take you on a journey that will be hard to forget.”

The amateur production of Lewis Carroll’s ‘Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland (Pearn)’ is presented by special arrangement with Samuel French Ltd.

Tickets are on sale now from Tickets Oxford priced at £8 for adults and £5 for children. The show will be held at 7pm on June 21, 22 and 23 with the picnic taking place at 6.30pm.
