THIEVES in Cassington used recent hot weather to commit crimes by burgling two homes where the windows were left open
Thames Valley Police said the homes were targeted in Elms Road and The Tennis overnight between Wednesday and Thursday.
The force said it was suspected the offenders broke in through ground floor windows that had been left open.
The thieves made off with items including mobile phones, a wallet and laptop.
