A CANINE celebrity will officially reopen one of Oxfordshire’s largest animal rescue centres today after a £2.5m revamp.
Crufts star and former Blue Cross rescue dog Olly will help Witney MP Robert Courts cut the ribbon on the new-look Blue Cross centre at Burford.
The centre, which helped more than 1,700 sick, injured and homeless dogs, cats and small animals in 2016, now has improved housing, more spacious kennels for dogs and individual outdoor exercise areas.
