SARAH Dennis, the new owner of Mostly Books bookstore in Abingdon, will be presented with the keys at the weekend.
Mayor of Abingdon Jan Morter will present Ms Dennis with the keys at 1pm on Saturday, after taking over the business from Mark Thornton.
Staff at the shop, which closed for three days earlier this week for a refurbishment, will offer customers champagne and cake to celebrate.
