VILLAGERS will line church pews in Kennington to hear about events of the past.
Kennington History Society will meet on Monday evening for its monthly talk, taken this time by Brian Andrews.
His illustrated chat is titled ‘the shocking history of electricity in medicine and surgery’.
Members of the society are welcome to listen at Kennington Methodist Church in Upper Road.
The talk runs from £7.45pm until 9.15pm and visitors are welcome at a cost of £2.50.
