OWNERS of a classic British car will show off the iconic vehicles in Abingdon.

Drivers of Morris Minor cars will meet in Market Place on Sunday to show off their models and admire other people’s.

All models of all ages will be present and owners will be happy to chat to curious members of the public about their motors.

Members of the Morris Minor Owners Club will meet at 11am and stay in the square until about 1pm.

They will then zoom off on a ‘run’ around villages across the Vale district.

The rounded classic cars date back to the 1940s and were made in Cowley, Oxford.
