AN APPLICATION for 150 homes will be discussed at a meeting tonight.
South Oxfordshire District Council’s planning committee will be considering granting outline planning permission for Bloor Homes’ development on land to the east of Benson Lane in Crowmarsh Gifford.
It is proposed that 40 per cent of the development will be affordable housing.
Landscaping, public open space and amenity areas will also be discussed as part of the application.
The meeting will take place at Didcot Civic Hall from 6pm.
