OXFORDSHIRE'S biggest NHS trust has announced its support for a UK-wide body aiming to raise the standards of orthopaedic care across England.
Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has announced it will be working with the newly-formed National Orthopaedic Alliance, whichwill create tools for providers and commissioners to provide the best possible care for injuries in the musculoskeletal system.
It is also producing a series of information packs on topics including theatre efficiency, safety, enhanced recovery and costing.
OUH is one of five health trusts across the UK that will be leading on NOA activity in the coming years.
