BRITISH Paralympic fencer Piers Gilliver paid a visit to the Sainsbury's store in Kidlington to talk to staff and customers about the upcoming Games.
The 21-year-old wheelchair athlete, who will make his Paralympic debut in Rio in September, spent last Friday afternoon at the store in Oxford Road.
Store manager Kevin Morton said: "We’d like to thank Piers Gilliver for visiting the store and taking the time to interact with our customers and colleagues. "He’s a real inspiration to our colleagues and we’d also like to send a good luck message to the Paralympics GB team.”
