DRIVING test bosses have applied for permission to use the Kassam Stadium's car park as a motorcycle testing and training area.
Documents lodged with Oxford City Council say the area next to Falcon Close has been used by the Driving and Vehicles Standards Agency (DVSA) since 2008 but a three-year permission has since expired.
A council report added: "It is believed that the use has been on-going since that time on an unauthorised basis."
The DVSA is trying to find an alternative site but has applied for another three-year permission in the meantime.
It is proposed to operate at the site between the hours of 8am and 10pm, from Monday to Friday.
