A SERVICE that provides support for those in Bicester with terminal illnesses is expanding its work to include home visits.

Not-for-profit organisation Greenfields provides complementary therapies for those suffering from terminal illness in and around the town.

The service is expanding to include home visits for those who cannot make it to the drop in sessions currently held in Bucknell and Fringford.

Founder Becky Fletcher said: "We are delighted to announce the launch our new Home Visit Service offering local patients living with terminal or life limiting illness, therapeutic, complementary therapies in the comfort of their own home.

"We are proud to introduce our complementary therapists who are fully qualified, insured and professionally trained but also chosen for their human qualities and compassionate nature.

"All our treatments can be used to assist in improving symptom control, help calm emotions, relieve pain, stress and anxiety and achieve a greater sense of self confidence of being able to cope."

The official launch of the service is on Thursday, June 30, at Montgomery Surgery where therapists will be on hand to answer questions.

The current sessions being provided with Greenfields are hosted on Tuesdays in Bucknell and Thursday in Fringford.
