A MASTERPLAN for more than 200,000sq ft of new buildings at Grove Business Park has been given a first green light by planners.
Vale of White Horse District Council told Grove Business Park Ltd it will not need to carry out an Environmental Impact Assessment before going ahead with its plans.
The planning authority said it took into account potential impact of the development in terms of appearance, increase in traffic and effect on the natural environment, and decided none of it would be significant enough to demand an EIA.
That means the park owners can now submit a full planning application for the scheme with more details.
