PERFECTLY puffed vol-au-vents and wisps of choux pastry will be mastered at a cooking class.
Denman College in Marcham is taking bookings for its WI Guide to Patisserie class, which runs from July 11 until July 13.
Bakers will be bestowed with tricks and trips from the Women's Institute on how to perfect French pastry work, including sweet shortcrust for tartlets and decadent petits fours including macaroons.
The college, which is home to the National Federation Of Women's Institutes, runs the course both for WI members and non-members.
