SHOPPERS in Botley donated more than £800 to Oxford's Vale House dementia care home over a two-day collection.
The League of Friends of Vale House held a tin shake and table top stall in Botley precinct shopping centre on May 20 and 21.
All money raised goes towards extras for residents. The collectors were all unpaid volunteers.
The grand total raised was £847.21. The Friends thanked the generous members of the public in Botley who donated.
