ANYONE looking for a more artistic take on the Jubilee can get their fill at this Oxfordshire gallery.

From today, West Oxon Arts, based in Bampton’s Town Hall, is showing off around 50 different portraits of The Queen.

To celebrate the Jubilee the gallery called on artists from all over the world to submit their versions of our monarch.

In the end, works came from as far afield as Canada, Holland, the USA and even Iraq.

Curator Erin Singleton – pictured alongside The Queen on the Spirit of Chartwell by Gloria Bint – said: “There is a great variety and an interesting mix of all levels of artistry.

“It was a struggle to fit them all in at first but they all fitted together in the end.”

The exhibition runs until July 1.
