POLICE want to speak to these people in connection with at least seven incidents of fraud at a Barclays Bank cashpoint in London Road, Headington, Oxford, since May.
In each case, a mobile phone was fitted to the cashpoint to record pin numbers and a loop was placed in the card reader to retain the card.
Pc Matt Sulley, of Oxford CID, said: “The first image shows a man near the Barclays cashpoint and the second shows a couple shopping while paying for their goods with a credit card, believed to be stolen.
“We have also had reports of stolen credit cards being used in both Hammersmith and Hayes. I am keen for these people to get in touch with me directly as they may be able to help with the investigation, and I appeal to anyone who might have seen these people to also get in touch.”
Anyone with information should call police on 08458 505505.
