THE Justice Secretary Chris Grayling speaks out on violent crime and calls for violent criminals and rapists to be given automatic life sentences when they are found guilty of their second offences.
Mr Grayling wants an end to “out of control” human rights culture.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister David Cameron insists this is not the end of compassionate conservatism.
