HEAR some particularly inspiring jazz and support a great cause at the same time this Sunday afternoon. The fabulous Tim Lapthorn Trio perform in aid of the MS Society at the Jacqueline Du Pré Music Building, in a concert which will appeal to jazz buffs and casual listeners.
The event has been inspired by Tim’s friend, former JR nurse Joanna Hardiman, from Chipping Norton, who had to leave her job because of the illness. Expect a range of original compositions and a few covers, plus material from Tim’s new album Transport.
