AT THE last full council meeting on September 20, in the special debate over the Barton APP, I emphasised the need for more housing in Oxford.
However, I did also say that I was very concerned about the flooding and sewage situation in Marston, as this is very serious and has gone on for a number of years.
We need to make sure that the correct infrastructure is put in place properly before the Barton development goes ahead, as I fear the situation will worsen with the extra strain upon it!
