Cyclists can pick up safety tips during a two-day event in Broad Street.
Today and tomorrow, the police and firefighters will be helping people brush up on their cycling proficiency, and giving advice on preventing bike theft.
The team will be available from 10am to 7pm.
Last year, Oxfordshire County Council recorded 286 accidents involving bicycles.
