COGGES Manor Farm in Witney will celebrate its history and its future this week.

Last week the tourist attraction, in Church Lane, celebrated its second year of being run by a trust.

On Friday, Cogges historian David Hill will celebrate the site’s story by offering a guided tour of the Manor House.

The event will explore eight centuries of history at the site and parts of the house that are normally open to the public.

The tour starts at 11am.

On Tuesday, the site will host one of its regular monthly edible gardens events to teach people about growing their own food.

Next week’s event runs from 10.30am to noon in the Manor House kitchen.

Cogges Manor Farm is open until Sunday, November 4, from Tuesdays to Sundays, between 10am and 5pm.

Tickets cost from £3.50 for adults and £2.50 for children.
