Plans to boost security at the home of Rupert Murdoch’s daughter will be discussed today.
West Oxfordshire District Council ’s uplands area planning sub-committee will debate the application from Mr Murdoch’s daughter Elisabeth Murdoch, and her husband Matthew Freud.
They want to build a lodge housing a full-time guard at the entrance to Grade I-listed Burford Priory to defend against intruders.
The meeting is at the council’s offices at 2pm.
