OXFORD: A motorist caught by a speed camera called police to falsely report his rear number plate had been stolen.
Mohammed Hussain, 25, admitted perverting the course of justice and speeding at Oxford Crown Court yesterday.
He was snapped exceeding the 30mph speed limit in Banbury Road, North Oxford, on April 6.
Hussain, of Banbury Court, Abingdon, will be sentenced on August 20.
