l MY enjoyment of the Torch event on Cowley Road was marred by cyclists, travelling the wrong way up the road when it was very clearly closed.
Cyclists do not stop at traffic lights, cycle on the pavements and cycle the wrong way along one-way streets.
What can be done to educate cyclists about how to use the roads properly?
