- John Meade, 56, of Moorbank, Oxford, admited drink-driving in Ashurst Way, Oxford, on April 27. Had 75 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £250, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 20 months.
- Pellumb Durishti, 39, of Hugh Allen Crescent, Marston, admitted drink-drving in Dean Road, Oxford, on April 28. Had 69 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £110, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 17 months.
- Stephen Hardwick, 26, of Manor Road, Didcot, admitted damaging a police code of practice book and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Abingdon on April 29. Given a six-month conditional discharge and fined £60, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Also told to pay £13.43 compensation.
- Mohammed Khan, 27, of Nye Bevan Close, Oxford, admitted possessing cannabis (Class B) in The Slade, Oxford, on February 11. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £40 costs.
- James Dawe, 22, of Wandle Beck, Didcot, convicted of travelling on a railway without paying a fare and exiting a station without using a barrier on April 23. Fined £400, £150 costs and £11.20 compensation.
- Lorraine Bustin, 53, of Cornwallis Road, admitted assault by beating in Oxford on September 22. Fined £110, £15 victims’ surcharge and £100 costs. Also told to pay £50 compensation.
- Stephen Caulkett, 21, of New Road, East Hagbourne, admitted possessing cannabis (Class B) in Didcot on April 27. Fined £110, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
- Stephen Davies, 47, of Cherry Tree Walk, Talbot Green, Pontyclun, Mid-Glamorgan, admitted assault by beating in Oxford on August 10 and being drunk and disorderly in the Kassam Stadium car park on the same date. Fined £160, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £100 costs. Given a three-year football banning order from Cardiff City games.
- Matthew Gustafson, 28, of High Street, Sutton Courtenay, admitted drink-driving in Drayton Road, Sutton Courtenay, on November 12. Had 51 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £110, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £100 costs. Banned from driving for 36 months.
- Joseph Byrne, 22, of Nunnery Close, Oxford, admitted failing to stop for a uniformed police officer and drink-driving in Abingdon Road, Oxford, on March 15. Had 155 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80 milligrams. Fined £183, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £60 costs. Banned from driving for 18 months.
- Jessica Day, 19, of no fixed address, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Oxford on May 1. Fined £70, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £30 costs.
- Jamie Henley, 28, of Gainsborough Crescrent, Henley-on-Thames, admitted possessing cannabis (Class B) in Henley on February 10 and commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. Original offence of cultivating cannabis resentence. Given an eight-week curfew and told to pay £40 costs.
- Victor Pegler, 47, of High Street, Lewknor, admitted drink-driving on the B4009 at Lewknor on May 2. Had 88 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £110, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs. Banned from driving for 20 months.
- Craig Westland, 20, of Fairfield Place, Abingdon, admitted stealing a pedal cycle in Wantage on March 28, handling two stolen pedal cycles in Wantage between April 19 and 23 and stealing a pedal cycle in Wantage on May 17. Given an eight-week curfew and told to pay £500 compensation.
- Theresa Bottley, 40, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted shoplifting a £5 set of earrings from Primark in Oxford on April 17. Given a three-month conditional discharge and £40 costs.
- Peter Farmer, 47, of Swinburne Road, Oxford, admitted using a public communications network to cause annoyance, inconvenience or anxiety on June 7. Fined £73, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £27 costs.
- Stephen Forsyth, 40, of Palissy Street, London, admitted shoplifting three Dermatix creams and a pair of reading glasses valued at £117.47 from Boots and possessing four till receipts for use in fraud in Oxford on February 28. Fined £660, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
