Sir – Bearing in mind that every edition of The Oxford Times contains a letter from cyclists about drivers, or from drivers about cyclists, it is obvious that the relationship between cyclists and drivers is quite clearly the most important issue affecting Oxford today. So isn’t it time that we had a full, independent, judge-led inquiry into this fundamentally important issue?
