A MAN has been bailed on a charge of breaching his Asbo by spying on a woman undressing. Phillip Harper, 43, of Edinburgh Way, Banbury, denies one charge of voyeurism and breaching an antisocial behaviour order issued in 2004.
Oxford magistrates yesterday bailed him until September 7.
