CASES heard recently at Banbury Magistrates' Court:
- Michael Grimes, 29, of Van Diemans, Stanford in the Vale, admitted possessing cannabis in Witney High Street on June 5. Fined £200, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
- Ben Higginson, 21, of Blenheim Terrace, Bletchingdon, admitted failing to provide a breath test on June 5. Fined £300, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for a year.
- Adam Kidger, 40, of Beckley Road, Nottingham, admitted acting as a pedlar without a certificate in Oxford Road, Banbury, on June 6. Fined £60 and a £15 victims’ surcharge.
- Kirsty Ord, 20, of Cornish Road, Chipping Norton, admitted causing criminal damage to a door and a vehicle in Cornish Road on June 17. Given a 12-month conditional discharge.
- Anthony Potter, 22, of Howard Road, Banbury, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Horsefair, Banbury, on June 3. Fined £115, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
