OXON: A woman was airlifted to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford after suffering head injuries in a head-on collision near South Newington yesterday.
Two cars collided on the A361 at about 8am. One car ended up in a ditch while the other crashed into a tree.
The woman, who was in the car which crashed into the tree, had to be cut out of the wreckage by the fire service.
