WHEATLEY: A man who commited ten counts of fraud has been warned he is likely to face prison.
Ezra Rees, 23, of London Road, used bankcards belonging to Teresa Funge to obtain a total of £1,470 on ten separate occasions.
He was due to be sentenced at Oxford Crown Court yesterday but Recorder Antonio Bueno adjourned his case to Monday, July 23 to allow him to apply for legal aid.
Rees was released on bail.
