IF THERE is nothing else to admire about them, the Save Temple Cowley Pools campaigners are persistent.
They say they have more than 1,500 signatures to force Oxford City Council into a debate on scrapping the facility and not building the £9m complex in Blackbird Leys.
The question is, how much longer the fight will go on.
We fully support every citizen’s right to hold our local authorities’ decision-making to account, but we hope there are fresh arguments to put forward, otherwise we suspect the debate will be shortlived.
