OXFORD: Last night’s packed screening of Manhattan by Woody Allen, pictured, successfully closed the sixth Oxford Film Festival at the Phoenix Picturehouse cinema in Walton Street, Jericho.
Oxford Mail entertainments editor Jeremy Smith: “What a way to finish. It was a glorious evening and the audience were fantastic. We couldn’t have wished for a better night.”
Suzy Sheriff, manager of the Phoenix, agreed: “It’s been a truly wonderful week. I can’t wait for next year’s festival.”
