The court case of a man accused of causing the death of a cyclist by careless driving has been adjourned.
Stephen Bateman, 74, is charged with causing the death of Joanna Braithwaite, who died in Woodstock Road, North Oxford, on October 28.
A preliminary hearing took place at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Thursday and the case will be committed up to Oxford Crown Court on July 11. Bateman, of Astrop Road, Middleton Cheney, is on bail.
