Police at the scene in Horspath this morning
A MURDER investigation has been launched after a woman’s body was discovered in Horspath this morning.
Police were called at 2am to an address in Prospect Park and a body of a woman in her 50s was found.
She was declared dead on the scene.
A 27-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in police custody.
Officers said they believed it was not a random attack.
