Plans to build a new maintenance hangar bay at RAF Brize Norton will be discussed by councillors on Monday.
The Ministry of Defence applied to West Oxfordshire District Council and the plans will be discussed by the lowlands area planning sub-committee from 2pm.
Officers recommend deferring the decision.
