OXFORD: City researchers have called for a 20 per cent ‘fat tax’ to be put on unhealthy food.
Experts from Oxford University said the measure would tackle the numbers of people suffering diet-related conditions such as obesity and heart disease.
They have also recommended there should be subsidies on healthy foods.
