Craig Mills, 31, of Territorial Way, Oxford, admitted shoplifting a bottle of wine valued at £4.99 from Tesco in Oxford on January 31. Given a 12-month conditional discharge.

Claire Cole, 36, of Moorbank, Oxford, admitted shoplifting items valued at £4 from Martin’s Newsagent in Oxford on November 15. Given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay £35 costs.

David Holmes, 29, of Naldertown, Wantage, admitted drink-driving in Ham Road, Wantage, on February 1. Had 108 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Given 80 hours’ unpaid work and told to pay £85 costs. Banned from driving for 18 months.

Sirajul Islam, 36, of Desborough Crescent, Oxford, admitted dangerous driving and assault by beating in Oxford on May 2, 2011. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £75 costs. Banned from driving for a year.

Ry Prince, 18, of Wolsey Road, Oxford, admitted dangerously causing numerous benches to be in Banbury Road, Oxford, on January 31. Told to attend an Attendance Centre for 16 hours and told to pay £47 costs.

Michael Trainos, 79, of Manchester Road, Swindon, admitted driving without due care and attention on the A361 near Langford on September 25. Fined £120, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £65 costs. Banned from driving until competence test is passed.

Jordan Higham, 21, of Park Side, Oxford, admitted shoplifting one can of Red Rooster valued at 99p from Co-op and two counts of assault by beating in Wheatley on October 30. Jailed for 28 days.

Nicola Harris, 35, of Costar Close, Oxford, admitted shoplifting alcohol and groceries valued at about £700 from Waitrose in Abingdon on October 25. Told to pay £350 compensation and existing drug-rehabilitation requirement extending by three months.

Lorraine Gibson, 55, of Retreat Gardens, Crowmarsh Gifford, admitted drink driving in The Street, Crowmarsh Gifford, on January 5. Had 90 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80 milligrams. Fined £250, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for a year.

Esmeralda Martinez, 37, of Thame Road, Chinnor, admitted drink-driving in North Street, Thame, on December 11. Had 89 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80 milligrams. Fined £300, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for a year.

Hayley Roach, 20, of Pagisters Road, Abingdon, admitted drink-driving in Oxford Road, Abingdon, on February 6. Had 71 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £270, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 18 months.

Stephen Wright, 22, of Balfour Road, Oxford, admitted burglary of a dwelling in Balfour Road between December 13 and 18, stealing a DVD player. Also admitted failing to surrender to court bail on March 9. Jailed for two months.

Nikolaos Seretis, 23, of Lower Fisher Row, Oxford, admitted drink-driving in Oxpens Road, Oxford, on February 4. Had 61 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £200, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 16 months.

Maxine Farmer, 40, of Princess Gardens, Grove, admitted drink-driving in Princess Gardens on February 3. Had 78 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £150, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 20 months.

Christopher Jackson, 29, of Belmont, Wantage, admitted drink-driving in Denchworth Road, Wantage, on February 4. Had 54 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35. Fined £250, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 15 months.

Shaun Hogan, 25, of Westfield, Harwell, admitted drink-driving in The Broadway, Didcot, on December 18. Had 88 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80 milligrams. Fined £100, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £50 costs. Banned from driving for three years.

Ian Lindsay, 38, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted shoplifting alcohol valued at £36.49 from Co-op in Botley on January 30. Fined £50 and a £15 victims’ surcharge, deemed paid by detention in the courthouse until the end of the day.

Rachel Hart, 33, of Cowley Road, Oxford, admitted shoplifting perfume valued at £25 from Boots in Oxford on January 26. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £85 costs.

Jason Richards, 41, of Neath Road, Plasmarl, Swansea, admitted being drunk in the highway in Cornmarket Street, Oxford, on January 29 and failing to surrender to court bail on March 13. Fined £100 and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Jennifer Ford, 51, of Iffley Road, Oxford, admitted criminally damaging a window in Oxford on December 28 and February 7. Fined £100, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs.
