OXFORD: A flat fire in Barton was not started deliberately, a fire service spokesman said last night.
He confirmed the blaze, in which one man was treated for smoke inhalation at 4.30pm on Tuesday, had not been referred to police as suspicious but was unable to say what started the fire in Bayswater Road.
