OXON: The county’s fire and rescue service has retained an award recognising it for its customer service.
The service first won the Customer Service Excellence Award from the Government in 2009. It has now retained the award, which is valid for three years.
Chief Fire Officer David Etheridge said: “We’re all delighted. I’m very proud of all of my staff for the professionalism they consistently display when dealing with the public.”
