Sir – So Oxfordshire County Council are planning to remove the traffic lights at Frideswide Square, Oxford and replace them with roundabouts.
Meanwhile, Swindon Borough Council have recently done the exact opposite. A roundabout in the centre of Swindon has been replaced with traffic lights. Perhaps they should talk to one another!
