House prices have shown their biggest monthly rise in two years.
The Government’s Land Registry shows the average property in the county in February cost £238,620, up one per cent on the previous month. The last time prices rose by one per cent was in February 2010.
The value of the average Oxfordshire home is now 1.8 per cent more than it was at the same time last year.
