OXFORD: Big Brother Watch director Nick Pickles will speak to taxi drivers at a meeting in St Aldate’s tomorrow to protest against putting CCTV in cabs.
Private hire driver Khalil Ahmed has collected more than 100 signatures for a petition against the plans by Oxford City Council.
He said: “The council is behaving in a maverick fashion. There has been total disregard for what drivers are saying.”
