Denis Witney
A 29-year-old woman has been charged with the murder of Denis Witney.
Joanne Moriarty, of Mortimer Road, Oxford, was charged yesterday and will appear before Oxford Magistrates’ Court today.
Mr Witney, 39, was found dying in St Clement's Street, East Oxford, by police on routine patrol on November 9 last year and died soon afterwards at the John Radcliffe Hospital.
