OXFORD: Plans to convert a former Jericho sheltered housing block into flats and houses should be approved, a council report says.
City council planning officer Steven Roberts said the plan for boarded up Grantham House was “sympathetic” to the area.
The west area planning committee will consider the plan on Wednesday.
