BILLIONAIRE Richard Branson has applied to Cherwell District Council for permission to extend his Kidlington home.
Proposals for the house, in Mill End, include extending a kitchen, altering a bedroom, creating a toilet and lobby, replacing a window, and installing new partitions in the east wing of the Grade II listed former mill.
Kidlington Parish Council raised no objections.
