THE conclusion to the battle for a £1m North Oxford house has been delayed for at least eight weeks so documents from Nigeria can be obtained.
Abbey Folami claims ownership of the property in Warnborough Road and has taken legal action to remove long-term tenants Philip Brown and Keiron Halstead.
The residents have in turn staked a claim to the house.
