A 25-YEAR-OLD cyclist was injured in a crash with a car near the Hobgoblin pub in Cowley Road.
The woman suffered cuts and bruises and was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital as a precaution.
The driver failed to stop after the crash, which took place at 8pm on Saturday.
Thames Valley Police arrested a man from Witney, 42, on suspicion of driving while unfit through drink and failing to stop at the scene of an incident. He has been bailed until March 11.
