THANK YOU...Two words that, in today’s world, seem a great rarity. And in this particular instance, it’s a THANK YOU aimed squarely at you.
The Oxford’s Children’s Hospital is celebrating its fifth birthday, and as part of its anniversary celebrations, it has extended a huge thank you to everyone in the community who has selflessly supported it since its doors first opened.
As hospital fundraiser Penny Hambridge says: “Every year thousands of local people get involved. The enthusiasm of the hospital’s supporters is continually inspiring and we are so grateful for what they all do.”
But thankfully, we’re not the sort of community which rests smugly on its laurels, and certainly the hospital continues to need our support.
More than 400,000 patients have so far benefited from your generosity. Let’s pledge to make its tenth anniversary an even greater opportunity to beam with pride...
